This is going on the Fall rotation. I used good quality steak which came out super tender. Cut up baby carrots in what I thought would be equivalent quantity. Used drained can of corn instead of frozen and pinto beans in place of kidney beans. The barbecue sauce I had on hand was a honey barbecue, so my son and I used some hot sauce because we like spicy. I didn't have egg noodles on hand so served it over plain ramen noodles. My husband thought it would be good over rice too. This recipe would be good for a potluck or tailgate.
This is a great recipe. Easy to make and the taste is fantastic.
My husband loves this and I make it once a week when I am going to busy all day and won't have the time when I come home to fuss with supper. It is already cooking in the crock pot!
It was good. Whole family liked it.
