  • Whisk flour, dressing, chili sauce and marmalade until blended.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with cranberries and dressing mixture. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours) or until chicken is done (165ºF), and sauce is thickened and bubbly around edge. Skim fat from surface of sauce if necessary.
  • Serve chicken mixture over rice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sweet & Blah I swapped in peach preserves for the orange marmalade b/c I could get high quality preserves vs high fructose corn syrup marmalade. That being said the dish was VERY sweet (too much so for me, but good for my husband) and just lacked any other flavor other than SWEET. Even after I added (3) minced cloves of garlic, sliced onions & orange & red peppers in an attempt to liven up the dish. Very easy to make though. But I probably won't make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow!! This is so good and easy! We love Catalina dressing mixed in our taco salads but, have never used it for anything else. This is beyond good and easy! Served with baked Parmesan asparagus and couscous. Will definitely make again!
