I had a 6lb Boston Butt and used two packages of lipton onion soup mix and 3 cups of the bbq sauce and cut up a large vidallia onion and cooked on high for about 7 hours and just shredded it with forks and then poured some of the juice from the pot onto the meat so it wouldnt dry out. My family loved it. And we didnt even need the cheese slices.
Love this! So easy and it tastes soooo good. My family loved it. I picked up some telera rolls from the bakery and they were perfect. I didn't use the cheese singles. It didn't need it.
