Stir 1 tsp. caraway seed into flour mixture before mixing with sour cream mixture.
Wrap any leftover cooled bread in plastic wrap. If storing for more than 1 day, slice bread, then wrap each slice in plastic wrap. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
This delicious bread is also great served toasted and spread with butter or your favorite jam.
For best results, cook this soda bread only on the HIGH temperature setting of your slow cooker as directed in recipe.
