Slow-Cooker Italian Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs cook up tender, juicy and delicious after a long simmer in a slow cooker with tomatoes and seasonings.

What You Need

8
 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
1/4
cup  flour
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/4
cup  KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1
 carrot, finely chopped
1
tsp.  zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

SPRINKLE flour over chicken in slow cooker; toss to evenly coat.

ADD all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or HIGH 4 hours).

STIR chicken mixture until sauce is thickened; top with cheese.

Make Ahead
This flavorful chicken can be cooked ahead of time. Cool completely, then place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag or freezer container. Freeze up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, place in microwaveable container. Microwave on HIGH until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked rice or buttered noodles.
