Beef and veggies are cooked to tender perfection in the slow cooker, then ladled onto kaiser rolls to make Italian-style Sloppy Joes.

What You Need

lb.  boneless stewing beef
1/4
cup  flour
1
 onion, finely chopped
1
 carrot, finely chopped
1
stalk  celery, finely chopped
4
cloves  garlic, minced
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1
can  (6 oz.) tomato paste
1
Tbsp.  Italian seasoning
1/4
cup  KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
8
 kaiser rolls
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

TOSS meat with flour until evenly coated; place in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing, rolls and cheese; cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).

ADD dressing to ingredients in slow cooker; stir. Shred meat with fork. Fill rolls with meat mixture; top with cheese.

Serve with a green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Use Your Stove
Prepare as directed, cooking flour-coated meat in Dutch oven or large deep skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing, rolls and cheese; cook on medium-low heat 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add dressing to pan; stir. Continue as directed.
