I doubled the recipe for a party and it was fantastic. Be sure not to cook it too long or it will dry out. I will never make traditional lasagna again!!
This recipe is great I made it without meat I wanted to make it with spinach and serve lemon pepper chicken wings on the side I was going to invite my daughter and grandson over but they already had eaten so I enjoyed by myself I had a salad and a glass of red wine it was so--so good but the next time I think I will cook it for 3 hours instead of 4 hours the noodles was a little soft but not much well I will be make this again and the next time I will invite a man over to enjoy it with me
