Really simple way to have hot baked potatoes ready when you get home from work! We topped with broccoli and cheese sauce, and then had another with chili.
Best baked potatoes ever. Even better when you are preparing for
a large crowd. It is like set it and forget it.
It is delicious, really enough for a meal with a small salad. I like a bit of chopped
spinach on top also.
