  • Transfer meat to cutting board; cut across the grain into thin slices. Place on platter; surround with vegetables. Skim fat from sauce; discard fat. Drizzle sauce over meat and vegetables. Top with parsley.

    i cooked this today and i know for sure not to make this again !, this has horrible taste, i wasted my money. if you like food that taste like vinegar then go ahead... so disgusting !!

    Made this last night and OMG!!!! ABSOLTELY DELICIOUS!!! Melted in your mouth! I did a chuck roast with baby carrots, pearl onions and sm. red potatoes. Added minced garlic too. Had it on high first 4 hrs. and low the next 4 hrs. Sooo good!!!!
