This was excellent! Fixed it for Christmas Eve dinner. Used an eye of the round which worked wonderfully. Forgot the onions-- whoops! Cooked on low for 7 hrs. which was perfect. Next time I'll remember the onions, and may add some thick-chopped celery-- why not?
