This was super good - I have made twice now, once with white and once with dark meat. I didn't mention this to my family before they ate it - They said the 'dark' one was extra good but couldn't figure out why! I have always been a 'dark meat' girl (especially at Thanksgiving), so I already know why! also, for some reason, it tasted better over noodles than rice (maybe a texture thing?). All in all, a very yummy (easy) recipe!!
