  • Place all ingredients except buns in slow cooker; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
  • Remove meat from slow cooker; shred with 2 forks. Return meat to slow cooker; stir to evenly coat meat with sauce.
  • Fill buns with meat mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a side of coleslaw and fresh fruit to round out the meal.

Make Ahead

Prepare as directed; cool. Spoon into airtight container. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, spoon meat mixture into microwaveable container. Microwave on HIGH until heated through. Or, reheat in saucepan on top of stove.
