  • Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain spaghetti; serve topped with sauce and cheese.

    I made this with a pound of beef and a half pound of Italian sausage. I also added a can of Italian tomatoes. Turned out great.

    These turned out to be absolutely delicious. I loved the strips of green pepper in it. I did use turkey burger instead of ground beef so that they wouldn't be greasy. But, they were falling apart though as I tried to scoop them out of the slow-cooker.
