Slow-Cooker Savory Meatloaf

Made in a slow cooker with cornbread stuffing mix, pizza sauce and shredded cheese, this might be the moistest, most flavorful meatloaf ever invented.

What You Need

1-1/2
lb.  ground beef
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1
 egg
1/2
cup  water
1
 onion, chopped
1
 green pepper, chopped
1
can  (8 oz.) pizza sauce
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Make It

LINE slow cooker with foil, with ends of foil extending slightly over side. Mix meat, stuffing mix, egg, water and vegetables just until blended; shape into loaf in prepared slow cooker. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).

TOP with pizza sauce and cheese; cook, covered, 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Use foil handles to remove meatloaf from slow cooker before slicing to serve.

Note
Lining the slow cooker with the foil makes it easy to remove the cooked meatloaf from the slow cooker.
Variation
Prepare using lean ground beef, and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheeses.
