A great sandwich on busy days. My husband a beef eater liked it especially.
Simple, easy, and good! I added a jalepeno, some red pepper flakes, and apricot preserves and it turned out amazing. I also substituted a can of Rotel for the tomatoes...So tender I couldn't even get the meat out of the slow cooker without it falling apart. At the end, i recommend cooking the mixture with the top off for about thirty minutes to allow the sauce time to thicken. Definitely enjoyable.
