Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, easy, and good! Simple, easy, and good! I added a jalepeno, some red pepper flakes, and apricot preserves and it turned out amazing. I also substituted a can of Rotel for the tomatoes...So tender I couldn't even get the meat out of the slow cooker without it falling apart. At the end, i recommend cooking the mixture with the top off for about thirty minutes to allow the sauce time to thicken. Definitely enjoyable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made something very similar for my family. I made something very similar for my family. All I did was dump thick pork chops in a crock pot and add 1/2 bottle of bbq sauce. I shredded the pork when I got home and put it on rolls. I have a large family in which there is always someone who doesn't like what we are eating...EVERYONE raved about this dinner!! I will be making it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe! I loved this recipe! I used canned tomatoes and it still came out great. I made this for my sister and my children and they enjoyed it as well. You can make it in the crock-pot and forget about it until it's time to eat. Dinner can't get any easier than that! A defenite keeper!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yum! Yum! My husband usually isn't crazy about anything I make in the slow-cooker but this time he ate two helpings! So easy to prep and very delicious! Was a bit "liquidy" after cooking so I removed a bit of the juice before serving on buns. Will definitely make again!
