  • Place meat in slow cooker. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; pour over meat. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours). Remove meat from slow cooker; cut off and discard excess fat. Shred meat with 2 forks; return to slow cooker.
  • Microwave barbecue sauce in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec. or until heated through, stirring after 20 sec. Add to meat; stir until evenly coated. Serve in rolls.
