Slow-Cooker Spinach-Artichoke Dip Chicken

You know how spinach-artichoke dip is the first thing to go at a party? Then you know how well this awesome slow-cooker chicken dish is going to go over.

What You Need

4
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1
can  (14.5 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, halved
1
tub  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

Tbsp.  milk
2
Tbsp.  flour
1/2
tsp.  garlic powder
 Juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
1
cup  fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
2
cups  wild rice, uncooked
1
cup  seasoned croutons

Make It

PLACE chicken in slow cooker; top with artichokes. Whisk next 6 ingredients until blended; pour over artichokes. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours). About 1 hour before chicken is ready to serve, cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.

ADD spinach to ingredients in slow cooker just before serving; mix well. Serve rice topped with chicken mixture and croutons.
