Put this pork loin recipe in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to a tasty dish that combines tangy barbecue sauce with sweet, tender pineapple.

What You Need

lb.  boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch pieces
 onion, chopped
can  (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
can  (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
 green pepper, chopped
cups  instant white rice, uncooked

Make It

PLACE meat in slow cooker; top with onions.

ADD broth and barbecue sauce; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours).

STIR in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, on LOW 30 min. or until rice is tender.

Substitute 1 bottle (10 oz.) KRAFT Sweet 'N Sour Sauce for the barbecue sauce.
No Preheating Required
A slow cooker should never be preheated. Simply put the stoneware container in the slow cooker base, cover and set the temperature.
Slow Cooker Care
Do not add cold water to slow cooker immediately after use, as this could cause it to crack. Either add warm soapy water or let the slow cooker reach room temperature before cleaning.
