Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, pretty tasty I've been looking for an easy, creamy crockpot Mac and cheese recipe. I've tried at least 6 others. This was by far the best. Very creamy. I used 1/2 whole milk and 1/2 skim (what I had on hand). Next time, will probably go with all whole milk. Also, maybe a dash of celery powder and a dash of garlic powder. Will probably also try a bit of cheddar on top right before serving. Will definitely make it again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy to make it more than just a side. A must try, we doubled it for Thanksgiving. Still fits in a full size crock pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Delicious! I have made this several times but I pre-cook the noodles al dente, and then throw in the butter and cheese. I don't use the water at all. I have also doubled the recipe with no complications.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice & Creamy Mac & Cheese! I doubled the recipe to make this for an 8 year old birthday party. I pre-cooked the pasta al dente, boiled for about 5 minutes. I used gemelli pasta and it was not too soft or soggy at all. I used half the amount of butter, ommited the water, used whole milk. I cooked this on high in the crock pot, stirred a few times during cooking which I think was necessary. It took about 2 1/2 hours until it finally came together, nice and creamy. All the kids, even my supper picky birthday girl, and adults loved it! Will make again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not what I expected. I did this on low, and it was not even near ready when I went to serve it. I had to set it on HIGH before it started to come together the way it should have. On a side note, the Velveeta melted fairly quickly and easily. I will have to wait to see if it will come together completely as it is still cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good and very easy I followed the recipe using fat free milk (all milk - didn't use water since milk was fat free). I added chopped ham and it was great. I can see where doubling the recipe would be problematic, and adding celery and garlic salt would make it too salty. Follow the recipe and it will turn out great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and super easy We doubled this for Christmas Eve meal and it turned out great and creamy. I agree with others who said the timing was off, but you just make adjustments until you feel it’s done. If it watery or pasta is hard.... you cook it longer. We cooked it on high for about 2 hours.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst recipe ever on Pinterest! I made this recipe for the first time last night and it was watery and the macaroni was a soggy mess! I followed the directions exactly too! I was upset that I had wasted all the pricey ingredients!
