Smart-Choice Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches

It's a brilliant idea, really. Everything you love about Buffalo chicken wings—celery included—is tucked into tasty little appetizer sandwiches.

What You Need

cups  shredded cooked chicken
1/2
cup  Buffalo wing sauce
1/4
cup  water
1/4
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4
cup  KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

stalks  celery, finely chopped
1/4
cup  KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles

small  sandwich buns (3 inch), split
1-1/2
cups  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

COOK chicken, hot sauce and water in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, mix mayo, dressing, celery and blue cheese.

FILL buns with chicken mixture, cheddar and mayo mixture.
