Smart-Choice Easy Tiramisu Pie

One group wants pie, the other wants tiramisu. Now you can please everyone in one swoop by making this easy tiramisu pie.

What You Need

 vanilla wafers, divided
cup  brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled, divided
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
cups  cold fat-free milk
pkg.  (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
oz.  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

Make It

ARRANGE 36 wafers on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. coffee over wafers on bottom of pie plate.

BEAT Neufchatel in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 min. Gently stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.

SPREAD half the pudding mixture over wafers on bottom of plate; sprinkle with half the chocolate. Cover with remaining wafers; drizzle with remaining coffee. Top with remaining pudding mixture, chocolate and COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
