Smart-Choice Layer-After-Layer Lemon Pie

Thanks to the graham cracker crust and strawberry jam-infused cream cheese, this easy lemon pie really is layer after layer of yumminess.

What You Need

cup  strawberry jam
 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
Tbsp.  sugar
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
pkg.  (1 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
cups  cold fat-free milk

Make It

SPREAD jam onto bottom of crust. Mix Neufchatel and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over jam.

BEAT pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP. Spread over Neufchatel layer.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.
