Smart-Choice Parmesan-Baked Salmon

Salmon fillets get a mayo-Parmesan dollop and a crushed cracker crust, and then are baked to perfection in this weeknight-quick recipe.

What You Need

1/4
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Tbsp.  KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
1/4
tsp.  dill weed
1/8
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
4
 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)

tsp.  lemon juice
10
 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX first 4 ingredients until blended.

PLACE fish in shallow foil-lined pan. Drizzle with lemon juice; spread with mayo mixture. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

BAKE 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
