Kraft Kitchens Tips

Small Changes Add Up
Small ingredient substitutions, such as whole grain pasta, extra-lean ground beef, 2% Milk VELVEETA and KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, result in a savings of 40 calories and 6g of total fat, including 3g of sat fat, per serving when compared to a traditional recipe.
Substitute yellow squash for zucchini.
