Smart-Choice Praline Pumpkin Pie

When is a yummy praline pumpkin pie the Smart Choice on the dessert table? When it's made with fat-free sugar-free pudding and COOL WHIP Lite.

What You Need

1/3
cup  butter or margarine
1/2
cup  chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/3
cup  packed brown sugar
1
 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1
can  (15 oz.) pumpkin
2
pkg.  (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
1-1/4
tsp.  pumpkin pie spice
1
cup  cold milk
1
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

MELT butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Add nuts and sugar; mix well. Bring to boil; cook 30 sec., stirring constantly. Spread onto bottom of crust. Cool.

MIX pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spice in large bowl. Gradually add milk, beating with whisk after each addition until blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP. Spread over nut layer in crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
