Smart-Choice Slow-Cooker Lasagna

We know chicken lasagna is popular and tasty. But cooking it in a slow cooker so dinner's ready when you get home? That's brilliant.

What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef
jar  (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
cup  water
container  (15 oz.) POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
pkg.  (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
cup  KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, divided
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley
 lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken to fit inside slow cooker

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Mix ricotta, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, egg and parsley.

SPOON 1 cup meat mixture into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of half each of the noodles and cheese mixture. Cover with 2 cups meat mixture. Top with remaining noodles, cheese mixture and meat mixture. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 4 to 6 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; let stand, covered, 10 min. or until melted.
