The layer of Neufchatel cheese adds a new dimension of flavor in this tasty twist on classic chocolate pudding pie.

What You Need

oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

Tbsp.  cold fat-free milk
1
Tbsp.  sugar
1
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1
 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

pkg.  (1.4 oz. each) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

cups  cold fat-free milk

Make It

BEAT Neufchatel, 1 Tbsp. milk and sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of crust.

BEAT pudding mixes and 2 cups milk in separate large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Immediately stir in remaining COOL WHIP; spread over Neufchatel layer in crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.

Variation
Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Double-Layer Chocolate Pie: Use OREO Pie Crust and Chocolate Pudding. Double-Layer Key Lime Pie: Use 2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding and add 2 tsp. lime juice with the Neufchatel, and 2 tsp. lime zest with the pudding mixes. Double-Layer Pumpkin Pie: Use 2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding and reduce the milk to 1 cup. Add 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 1/4 tsp. ground cloves with the pudding mixes.
How to Soften Neufchatel
Place completely unwrapped package of Neufchatel on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until slightly softened.
