Wow these were good! I made minor changes, so only gave it four stars but if you want a basic meatball recipe, it will work as is. I wanted more of an Italian flavor, so added a teaspoon each of dried basil, oregano, and fennel seed, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. I also sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top before baking. They were delicious! I worried that the meat wouldn't hold together because it seemed like a lot of spinach, but it was fine. Definitely going on the favorites list.
