Cooking Know-How

Follow these tips for easier rolling and even distribution of the filling: Place ham slices, side-by-side, with slices overlapping slightly. Spoon pineapple mixture lengthwise down centers of ham slices. Roll up each tortilla parallel to long sides of ham slices.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. shredded lettuce to each topped tortilla before rolling up. Cut into pieces as directed. Garnish each with 1 pineapple tidbit or 1/8 of a pineapple ring threaded onto toothpick.

Make Ahead

Prepare as directed but do not cut into slices. Wrap roll-ups individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before slicing to serve.

Didn't add the salsa (my kids don't like it much), but everyone raved about them! Made some w/ham, cheese, may & bbq sauce w/o the pineapples- and those were gone too! My kids wanted me to make more the next day, thanks KRAFT a definite keeper!

I made these for a picnic for my sons school and wanted to make it a little more "kid friendly". I used diced tomatoes instead of salsa, and I used creamcheese instead of mayo to mix with the BBQ sauce. I also added a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese. They were really good! Try it this way and I think you will be pleasantly suprised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was super easy to make but I think it had too many different flavors. This was super easy to make but I think it had too many different flavors. It wasn't bad though. I think the idea of the BBQ sauce with the pineapple & salsa, scared people. I might make this again if I'm ever in a jam & need an idea of something to make.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The flavor was outstanding. The flavor was outstanding. They were a little soggy even after draining the pineapple. I would pat dry the pineapple and possibly drain some of the juice from the salsa. I will absoluttly try this one again.
