I'm not a big fan of salmon to begin with but I wanted to increase the amount of fish in my diet so decided to give it a whirl. I rated it as very good instead of excellent mostly because I found it to be a bit oily which was probably my fault for not measuring the sundried tomatoes out right - I landed up with a whole bunch of oil in the mix. I would use less of the oil from the sundried tomatoes next time and then I think it would be perfect. I have to admit that I was craving this stuff all day and landed up having it for lunch and dinner - I couldn't get enough! And I never eat fish!
