  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Mix all ingredients except pizza crust; set aside.
  • Unroll crust onto greased baking sheet; pat into 15x10-inch rectangle. Cut into 4 rectangles. Spoon 3/4 cup of the broccoli mixture onto half of each rectangle; fold dough in half to enclose filling. Press edges together with fork to seal.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly.

Serving Suggestion

Balance this hearty sandwich with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing, such as House Italian.

Special Extra

Sprinkle calzones with Italian seasoning before baking.

Substitute

Substitute 1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated French bread or 1 can (13.2 oz.) Italian bread for the pizza crust.

The only issue I had was rolling the pizza dough out so it was big enough to accomodate the filling and also have enough dough to fold over to make all 4 calzones without the dough tearing; next time I think I will use 2 rolls of pizza dough.

Using what I had on hand I substitued turkey from the deli, salad dressing for the mayo, and wrapped it all up in a rectangle of crescent roll dough like a hot pocket. Baked at 450 for 14 minutes. It was an attractive meal with salad on the side and fruit for dessert. A good "grab-a-go", too.

I made this for work, but my brothers ate a whole bunch before I could even get out of the house! I used milk chocolate chunks on top instead of semi-sweet and got rave reviews! Everyone at work loves them and several have asked for the recipe.
