The flavors on the pork chops had a nice smoked flavor that you miss in the winter months not being about to cook on the grill and the couscous was AMAZING! It was ingredients that I would not normally think of putting together, but the flavors complimented each other so well. The couscous is one of my new favorites and I will be making it often for sure.
The pork chop looks very good but the other ingredients don't look appatizing.
We aren't really a cous cous family, but we enjoyed the pork chops!
