 OSCAR MAYER Mini Smokies
1/2
lb.   (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4
cup  beer
1/4
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
2
 green onions, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT Smokies as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, microwave VELVEETA, beer, sour cream and mustard in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.

SPRINKLE with onions. Serve with Smokies.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Cheesy Smokies Dip
Prepare recipe as directed, omitting the beer and increasing the sour cream to 1/2 cup.
Variation
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
Serving Suggestion
Also serve with pretzels and/or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, such as celery, broccoli or red peppers.
