This was delicious and addictive. I will say it was quite spicy as I used the whole can of peppers like the recipe said. Those who liked it LOVED it. It was too spicy for some. Had a friend who put it on top of his red peppers he put on his pizza. He really likes HEAT. But I would say, start with one pepper and see how you like it. If adventuresome and like heat, use the whole can. It seemed to get hotter the next day. I would make it just like I did again. But the recipe needs to be clarified as it says "1 can of the Chipotle peppers in adobe sauce which sounds like the whole can. >>

This was the bomb at a fundraiser I took it to. I don't how many times I gave out the recipe. I loved how I could make it the night before to get all the flavors to marry. Tasted so yummy. Loved the taste of the bacon along with the chipotle pepper. I also like how you can adjust the heat to what you like and can handle. Love the heat!!

Made for a family gathering -- everyone loved it! I made it as is with chipotle cheddar cheese and 1 chipotle pepper - its very mild. All the kids loved it. However, if you like more spicy - you could easily double the chipotle peppers. Served with tortilla chips -- KEEPER!
