  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add water, Macaroni and milk to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min.
  • Stir in Cheese Sauce, peppers and bacon; top with chicken and mozzarella. Cook, covered, 5 min. or until macaroni is tender, chicken is heated through and mozzarella is melted.

Substitute

Prepare using KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner.

Variation

Prepare recipe as directed, substituting 4 boneless pork chops for the chicken breasts.

Serving Suggestion

For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

I thought it was a bit dry, ( there wasn't enough cheese sauce ) plus I didn't like the red bell peppers in it. I think this would of tasted better with the Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Sharp Cheddar Cheddar Cheese Sauce ( instead of the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese Dinner ). Also, I would NOT top with the chicken breasts ( they were a bit bland ). I don't think I will make this again! "Sorry"!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a good recipe! This is a good recipe! I even used hot dogs in it. To do that, skip the section about cooking the chicken and go straight to step 2. Then, add cut up hot dogs at the end. Also good to add frozen peas to it. Also, I didn't have the 4 cheese mac and cheese so I just used the regular Deluxe Mac and Cheese and it was great! My son loved it.
