Smoky Chicken & Peppers Mac

Very good. Did not add the red peppers and seasoned my chicken breast with tony chacheres before cooking. I will most def make this again.

What You Need

Tbsp. oil
4
small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1-1/2
cups water
1
pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Four Cheese Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1
cup milk
1
 red pepper, chopped
1/4
cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1/2
cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 min. on each side or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD water, Macaroni and milk to skillet. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min.

STIR in Cheese Sauce, peppers and bacon; top with chicken and mozzarella. Cook, covered, 5 min. or until macaroni is tender and mozzarella is melted.

Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner.
Variation
Prepare as directed, substituting 4 boneless pork chops for the chicken breast halves.
