COOK bacon in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium heat until crisp. Drain, reserving 1 Tbsp. of the drippings in saucepan. Set bacon aside.
ADD turkey, onions, peppers and chili powder to drippings in saucepan; cook until turkey is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Add beans; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
LADLE into 6 individual serving bowls; top evenly with sour cream and reserved bacon. Serve with the crackers.
