  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Cover bottom with 15 grahams, overlapping as necessary to form even layer. Break remaining grahams into small pieces.
  • Microwave butter and unsweetened chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour over grahams in pan.
  • Bake 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Top with marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until marshmallows begin to puff.
  • Top with graham pieces; press gently into marshmallows with spatula to secure. Cool. Use foil handles to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These turned out very well. These turned out very well. I did not have any of the issues some of the negative reviews had. The actual brownie was very good. Fudgy, dense and chocolatey. I used semi-sweet squares and reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 cups. My only comment/advice is about cutting them. Because of the marshmellows it is VERY hard to cut them. I did not use the foil but not sure that would have helped too much as I might have had sticking issues just w/ the foil sticking or getting cut as i tried to cut them. Very good though and a very fun brownie.

He came home and said it was a hit. I used an electric knife to cut it and that worked out very well. I did get a few spots where the cracker floated up a bit and my guess is that when you over lap it the brownie may get under the cookie. I think I will not overlap it next time and see if that helps. My brownies stayed soft but I also kept them wrapped after reading all the reviews. I am sure my son will want to bake it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These brownies were great and a breeze to make. These brownies were great and a breeze to make. They are very rich and chocolatey. I made them for a barbeque. They are best when served warm (that's what makes them taste like smores) just after baking. If they are cold, stick them in the microwave for a few seconds untill the marshmallow puffs up. If you have problems cutting through the marshmallow, make sure you grease the knife with some cooking spray or butter. It keeps stuff from sticking to the surface.

I probably wouldn't make them again, but it's a great base for other things I'm planning. The graham crackers were the saving part of this, by making it a little easier to cut than the rocky road brownie pizza I also made. Definitely hard to cut when set and also not something I'd use my stoneware for as it needs to be cut with metal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for a church picnic yesterday. I made this for a church picnic yesterday. It came together relatively quickly, was easy to make, and it was super tasty! I didn't have to layer the graham crackers like the recipe suggested. That is the only thing I did differently. Other than that I followed the recipe to a T. Everyone loved this and I would most definitely make it again!

My favorite part about the brownies is that they really do come out very similar looking to the picture. I added a couple extra marshmallows, just so I had a nice solid covering to the brownies. Next time I would add the chocolate chunks after the marshmallow layer because otherwise they disappear into the marshmallows. Eat them warm!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from OK but not my favorite. OK but not my favorite. I followed the directions but the brownie part came out dry and crumbly. Next time I would underbake it by 5 minutes so it's gooey. I heated the knife before slicing so I didnt have the mess some of the others reviewers did. These are better the day they are made because they dry out quickly.
