This is a great recipe for s'more cookies, but I also use it as my sugar cookie recipe. This dough is so soft and delicious! I make the dough as directed, chill, and then roll it out a little thicker than indicated. I cut the dough into cookies using cookie cutters and bake 10 - 12 minutes at 325 degrees. I top them with butter icing.
I made these for valentine's day for the marshmellow lovers in my family. They loved it. The dough was easy to work with and delicious!
