Great recipe but I changed the graham crackers out for golden grahams. Works just as great!
This recipe was very easy and quick to make, and I loved that I didn't have to heat the oven. I added 1 more bar of chopped chocolate (so, 3 total) to the top and they were fantastic. You could substitute chocolate chips if you don't want to chop the Baker's chocolate or if that is all you have. I will definitely make these again as I usually have all of the ingredients on hand.
It was hard not having a picture. I am a chocoholic more than anything else, so I would add another square next time and melt it with the marshmallows. I would still sprinkle the two on top though.
