  • Preheat oven to 325°F if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or to 300°F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan). Coarsely chop 2 of the grahams; set aside for later use. Finely crush remaining 8 grahams. Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. of the sugar and the butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, remaining 3/4 cup sugar and the vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in 1 cup each of the marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved chopped grahams, remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chunks and remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
  • Bake 50 to 55 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

I didnt have a spring form pan so I just made it in a square glass dish and they came out fine,just a little thicker than shown...but they were very,very good...but whats not to like about cheesecake,chocolate and marshmellows...I agree with another baker to put the marshmellows on at the last 10 minutes or so...they didnt burn but got golden brown and soft...again,this was very good! Thanks!!

Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I was a little hesitant about making it a first, but now I am so glad I did. Will definately make it again. It was delicious!!!

I will be using this for a large hospital function - I know it will be a success. The picture shows graham crackers on top - but did not see it anywhere in the instructions. Very yummy

They were a big hit at the party, everyone preferred the cheesecake over the birthday cake. I was delighted wtih my choice in recipes and obviously, so was everyone else. Thanks Kraft!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love making cheesecakes, and this one is great! I love making cheesecakes, and this one is great! I like to substitute milk chocolate morsels for the semi-sweet, and you could even add peanut butter chips or others to make this cake unique. Great recipe!
