What You Need

HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, divided

1/3

cup butter or margarine, melted

Tbsp. sugar

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

Tbsp. vanilla

Tbsp. flour

eggs

cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks, divided

cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Crush 14 grahams. Mix with butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Coarsely chop remaining 4 grahams.

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Chop 1/2 cup chocolate chunks; stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chunks, marshmallows and chopped grahams.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into bars.

Although a great treat, I found the toppings to be a bit overwhelming. The cheesecake portion is very smooth and great tasting! I know use this recipe for my normal cheesecakes, minus the toppings and add mini chocolate chips to the cake mix instead of chunks! My family loves it!

Oh, this is so good. I made one to try out and made another the next week to take to a benefit dinner. Everyone loved it.

Made these for easter dessert. They were awesome. I used chocolate chips for the chocolate and cut regular size marshmallows in quarters instead of miniature marshmallows. The cheesecake was so creamy, it will be my go to cheesecake recipe adapted for any flavor cheesecake! my sister in law, who is a wonderful baker, couldn't get over how creamy it was. Thanks

Perfect combination of cheesecake and s'mores. I dont know why I havent tried this one before. It's perfect for summer get-togethers, and the s'more topping covers any cracks in the cake.

So yummy! I made about 75 (cut) of these for the super bowl party we went to and they were all gone in an hour. I will make again for sure, so delicious.

Very tasty. i tested this out on people at work and they loved it. It's very rich so you only need a small serving. i thought the marshmellows would burn but amazingly they didnt. the only part that was a little tedious was the crushing of the graham cracker for the crust. i think next time i would just buy the graham crumbs they sell in a box
