  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour, graham crumbs and baking soda. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add dry pudding mix; beat until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate.
  • Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Immediately place 1 marshmallow half, cut side down, on top of each warm cookie. Let stand 2 min. Remove to wire racks; set aside while baking remaining cookies.
  • Heat broiler. Return topped cookies to baking sheets. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 45 sec. or until marshmallows are puffed and toasted to desired doneness. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
