Delicious! Whole family loved it and it was so simple. Just a tip when doing the second step of chocolate and cool whip, melt chocolate a little first before adding cool whip, it blends better. Also on the border I used two crackers joined instead of singles(only broke a full sheet once), and it was more sturdy and made perfect serving size. Too afraid to put whole cake under broiler so I baked marshmallows on a parchment lined cookie sheet at 400 for just a few minutes until nicely browned. Scooped them off with plastic spatula and put on top. Used chocolate vanilla swirl ice ***** and it was perfect. Homemade ice ***** would be amazing.
