It was ok, but just ok - very underwhelming.
The thyme really over powered the recipe and I was not fond of the sauce. Will try this again with some of the other suggestions of spices and cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom.
Just made this, and it was really delicious! I did it a bit differently, like many other people. I cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces and seasoned it with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and thyme while it was cooking. In a separate pan, I added the water, beans, and soup, and brought them up to heat, also salting and peppering them. I drained the chicken and then added it to the mix, and sprinkled a bit of flour into it so that it would thicken a bit more. Served over white rice, this was really awesome! Can't wait to make it again!
