Why are there so many reviews/ratings and the individual has made serious adjustments (evetsnusi's review is for a completely different dish!)? If you're going to comment, comment on the original recipe, then make any recommendations. If you didn't follow the recipe, then really you shouldn't be rating it or commenting on it.
I use pork sirloin stakes, about 1/2 pound + each. However I make my own seasoned dredge and brown them before putting them in the baking pan. I brown the onions then top the pork with them. I make my own gravy and make enough to put on mashed potatoes to go with them.
