  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat butter, granulated sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add flour, pecans and salt; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until centers are set. Remove from baking sheets to wire racks; cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar until evenly coated. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
