Snowman Cups

I gave 4 stars cause I *love* the idea of this but I sorta modified the recipe, instead of using chocolate pudding, I did this with jello gelatin. You can use either green or red jello (or even layer them red/green) and I used marshmallows as snowman and decorated them with decorating gels...it was a hit for my daughter's 5th birthday as a classroom treat (healthier and better than cupcakes to school)

If you use marshmellows instead of cool whip, it will give you travel time and the kids love it.

I made this with my granddaughter who's 6. We both had fun. We liked eating them, too.

Just to add a little touch, I sprinkled the top of the pudding with shredded coconut before adding the whipped cream...very cute idea though!!!
