  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until melted. Add sugars; mix well. Blend in eggs, sour cream, bananas and vanilla. Add combined flour and baking powder; mix just until blended. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift blondie from pan before cutting to serve.

How to Toast Nuts

Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.

How to Freeze

Blondies freeze very well. Cool completely. For best results, do not cut up the blondies before freezing. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then wrap again in foil. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before cutting and serving.
