I took these over to my Aunts for Thanksgiving. I made, what I thought, was way too many...needless to say, I dod not bring any leftovers home! They were GREAT!

What You Need

cups  hot mashed potatoes
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2
Tbsp.  chopped fresh chives

Make It

MIX all ingredients.

SERVE immediately. Garnish with additional fresh chives, if desired.

Substitute
Substitute OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces for the chopped chives.
Keeping it Safe
Baked potatoes should never be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
