HEAT oven to 350°F.
BEAT all ingredients except chocolate morsels and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
SPOON into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
BAKE 24 to 28 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
